Dental implant recommendations/experiences in Bali /Jakarta.

Hello, I'm looking to speed track my online process of hunting down a well educated and competent dentist to under go extensive dental implant surgery in Bali or Jakarta. Any experiences and information I welcome. In my already had experience I kinda boycott the packages and frills of the websites and look for the right surgeon. Internationally trained or educated drs are quite important something that not all dentists have in foreign countries. Thanks
