Staff (coaching staff):
The main instructor is the center's organizer and senior teacher, Jake Illing, a former professional Muay Thai fighter. He conducts both functional workouts and Muay Thai classes. He structures functional sessions very effectively even for large groups (sometimes up to 40 people), ensuring that participants work on all muscle groups, get quality cardio training, and constantly vary tasks.

There are also other instructors, but they change periodically.
Equipment (cardio area/machines/free weights):
The gym is equipped for functional workouts and Muay Thai, which are the main types of classes.
Free weights and functional training area:
Boxing gloves, belts, helmets, wraps, pads
Two cylindrical bags and one teardrop-shaped bag.
Weights from 4 kg to 16 kg
Dumbbells from 1 kg to 5 kg
Weighted balls
3 pairs of TRX straps
Over 20 jump ropes
5 resistance bands
A pair of rings
3 ropes
2 different-height pull-up bars
Parallel bars
4 yoga bricks
The hall is quite spacious. During functional training, it comfortably accommodates up to 40 people. The floor is covered with soft PVC tiles, even and neat in appearance. During breaks between group sessions, the center's staff goes through the hall and wipes the sweat from the floor.
Showers/Lockers/Safes:
An open-air shower outside behind a bamboo partition is used as a shower. It's not suitable for full privacy or getting completely undressed. For toilet and changing facilities, you can use the restroom at Cashew Tree cafe, where the training center is located. There are no lockers; students place their bags around the perimeter of the hall.
Group Classes:
Classes are held 7 days a week. There's always one morning class from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM. Additionally, there are evening classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Since the hall is outdoors, classes are not held during the hottest part of the day.
Muay Thai:
Muay Thai classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Each class lasts for 90 minutes and includes warm-up, stretching, shadow boxing, 4 rounds of pad work, fitness exercises, group exercises, and a 5-minute cool-down stretch. All the necessary equipment is provided.
HIIT Fitness:
This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It lasts for 1 hour and includes warm-up and stretching, followed by a circuit workout at various "stations." The trainer designs the "stations" before the session, considering the number of participants and their overall fitness levels. A "station," for example, might include two types of exercises that alternate and are performed twice. There's typically 35-45 seconds of work followed by a 25-second rest. There's also a longer 2-minute break in the middle of the workout. The class concludes with a 5-minute stretching session. The exercises are relatively simple but effectively cover legs, arms, core, and coordination. Equipment used includes kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, punching bags, ropes, loops, boxes, and bodyweight exercises.

The session consists of approximately 30 different kettlebell exercises. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 25-second rest. There is a 2-minute break in the middle of the session, and the class concludes with a 5-minute stretching routine.
Pool:
Not available.
Additional amenities:
At the training center's reception, there is a water dispenser. Please bring your own towels.
Audience:
Almost everyone is foreigners, and about 70% of the participants in functional training classes are women. Visitors vary in age from 25 to 50 years old. Not everyone is a fitness enthusiast, but everyone feels super comfortable.
Cleanliness:
During breaks between sessions, the staff goes through the hall with a mop and cleans the floor. The toilets at Cashew Tree are very clean.
Cooling, Air Conditioning:
The hall is open-air. There are fans installed in the covered area, but in any case, everyone sweats a lot during the workout.
Music:
The trainer selects music to match the nature of the session. They play a very pleasant and lively selection of pop and rock hits.
Cafe:
The cafe is Cashew Tree, and it offers an immense variety of breakfasts, drinks, smoothies, and all the most delicious things.
In a separate building near the cafe, there are displays with organic desserts - cakes, energy balls, and vegan cakes.
There is also a boutique here, accessible from the cafe courtyard, where beach and workout clothing is sold. Prices are quite high. A top will cost around 400,000 - 500,000 rupiahs, and leggings around 700,000 - 800,000 rupiahs. The quality is good. Organic cosmetics are also sold in the boutique. There is no sports supplements available.
Parking:
There is a good parking space for bikes and cars, with an attendant who can assist if needed.
Drawbacks:
The price for classes is somewhat high, and the unlimited option is also quite expensive. It may not be suitable for those who cannot work out in a gym without air conditioning.
Advantages:
The gym is visually appealing and clean. The workouts are well-structured. In Bingin, there are not many places for workouts, so this gym is suitable for those who live in the vicinity and want to stay in shape.
