The Coco Development Group, known for luxury real estate projects, is expanding its environmental program and focusing on the village of Cepaka in Tabanan Regency. Together with residents and the administration, the team cleaned the area along the Cepaka Jogging Track — this marks the third major cleanup following events in Uluwatu and Seseh.

Cepaka is not just a village: it is a picturesque spot with rice terraces, capable of attracting tourists. We want to preserve its beauty,” said Coco Development's Public Relations Manager Nan Fitri.
The company's next step is improvement: upgrading the jogging track and creating viewpoints overlooking the fields. The main news is the launch of the Coco Learning Center. Here, pyrolysis will be applied: plastic will be heated without oxygen access, breaking it down into fractions suitable for further conversion into gasoline and diesel. Waste will cease decomposing in landfills, becoming a resource.
The project is being implemented in collaboration with Tabanan Regency authorities. Coco Development emphasizes: 'This is an investment in the future of Bali and an example of how business can address real environmental challenges.'
The initiative demonstrates that the private sector can simultaneously develop business and care for nature and local communities, helping Bali move toward a sustainable future.
