The creator of the park is sculptor I Gede Rediyawan. He combines natural materials with traditional Balinese woodcarving techniques. According to one of the managers, I Wayan Denni, it attracts not only locals but also international visitors who discovered the place via TikTok and Instagram.
At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a giant Barong head, creating the impression of a mystical portal. Inside, there is a whimsical space filled with roots, plants, and carved elements. The main feature is the Kala Rau statue, reflecting the philosophy of the Moon goddess. Tourists can sit right in the mouth of this giant, surrounded by carvings and decorative ponds with steaming water.
Other figures in the park include a wooden image of Sukarno under the wings of a Garuda, and sculptures of Garba, Medusa, and Devi Vinata. All are tied to local folklore and epics, transforming the garden into not just a photo zone but also a space preserving Balinese culture.
Although the exhibits are not for sale, the workshop accepts orders for products. They use recycled glass and dry wood, and only local artisans work there. Visitors can watch the process of glassblowing and wood carving, making the park a place not only for stunning photos but also an educational site that introduces the island's crafts and traditions.
