This exciting event celebrates the versatility and unique flavors of Arak, the traditional Balinese liqueur while challenging the next generation of bartenders to craft extraordinary cocktails.

Supported by renowned local Arak producers Dewi Sri, Selaka Ning, Sajeng Petala, Bali Jack, Budi Pekerti, Bumbung, Palwana and Dhadi San, the competition promises to be a feast for the senses. Watch as students showcase their skills and imagination, transforming Arak into innovative and delicious concoctions.  Each sip will tell a story, blending tradition with modern mixology techniques.

The winner will walk away with a grand prize of 5 million rupiah in cash, certificates of achievement, and the prestigious honor of having their winning cocktails featured in the hotel's exclusive cocktail promotion.  This invaluable experience offers students a platform to gain practical experience, network with industry professionals, and showcase their talents to a wider audience.
