☆ What is Kirtan?Kirtan originates from the practice of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion and heart), and it is a call-and-response style mantra meditation with uplifting music support. You may participate actively by singing, or passively - just receiving sound and enjoying a meditative state. Both are more than welcome! Just like through sunshine, we can sense the presence of the sun, through mantra, we connect with the Divine presence that is always within and around.
