Nadabrahma is a meditation practice rooted in an ancient Tibetan method that involves humming. This technique is designed to foster trust, calm the mind, balance emotions, and replenish energy, enabling individuals to surrender to deeper states of serenity and ecstasy. The humming and hand movements employed in this meditation induce vibrations throughout the body, harmonizing conflicting aspects within oneself and promoting overall balance.
By engaging in Nadabrahma, practitioners attune to their inner selves, becoming witnesses to their thoughts and emotions. The meditation also includes connecting to personal and universal energy through reciprocal giving and receiving states. This aspect of the practice plays a pivotal role in balancing masculine and feminine qualities both within oneself and in various aspects of life. Following the meditation, participants are treated to a restorative sound bath featuring Himalayan and Crystal bowls.
