ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Thoriq began his journey in Martial Arts, specifically Capoeira, at the age of four. He later moved from Java to Bali, discovering yoga and self-awareness practices. At fifteen, Thoriq, a natural fighter, realized the importance of balance and self-connection, shifting his focus from external fights to an internal journey. With over a decade of yoga experience and certified as an RYT 200, Thoriq is now a devotional practitioner and teacher specializing in Arm Balances and Inversions at the Yoga Barn Ubud. His classes blend strength, balance, and energy work, guiding students towards effortless inversions and a deeper body-mind connection.
