Come explore your breath in the circle, at The Ark Ubud Bali's beautiful Yoga Shala. It’s time to dive deep into yourself, being safely held, nurtured into self love and deeper self inquiry. Gentle, simple, powerful breathwork sessions, with movement, music, ancient whale chanting and a heart-opening sharing circle.  Energy will move and lives will transform in this incredible full day immersion.

We get to find out what it is to be human at this time! What kind of world are we dreaming in and co creating together? Come join us and we can change the world together, one simple breath at a time.

9:30 AM- 10:00 AM Registration/Check-In

10:00 AM-1:00 PM Introduction, First Breathwork Session, Sharing Circle

1:00 PM- 2:00 PM Vegetarian Buffet Lunch Provided at The Ark

2:00 PM- 5:30 PM Movement, Chant, Mandala Breath, Closing Sharing Circle
