There’s a deep irony in how modern culture has repackaged spirituality into something marketable.
Yoga, once a sacred path of self-realization and discipline, is now often reduced to curated aesthetics and wellness trends.
Spirituality isn’t something we can buy, brand, or pose into. It’s messy. It’s humbling. It asks us to turn inward and get honest with ourselves, far beyond the filters and flows.
This is not a rejection of modern tools or beautiful spaces—it’s an invitation to remember the roots.
To honor the origins. To reconnect with what can’t be sold: breath, awareness, truth. The inner practice is quiet, and often invisible. But it’s the most real thing we have.
This talk is a deep dive into the uncomfortable—but necessary—conversation about the commodification of spiritual practices.
We’ll explore questions like:
•Can authenticity survive in the age of branding and influencers?
•How do we, as practitioners or teachers, navigate these tensions without losing the soul of the practice?
Whether you’re a longtime yogi, spiritual seeker, or just beginning to question what’s real in the wellness world—this is for you.
Let’s go beyond the surface. Beyond the poses. Back to the heart of the practice.
