Saturday & Sunday, November 16th & 17th
  • 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Led Primary: Begin your day with a guided practice through the Primary Series, linking breath, movement, and mindfulness.
  • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Breakfast: Recharge with a complimentary nourishing breakfast to fuel the rest of your day.
  • 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Workshop: Dive deeper into the fundamentals of each posture, incorporating breathwork, drishti, bandhas, and the mental focus needed to refine your Ashtanga Yoga practice
