Night Rooster

Located across the street from its award-winning restaurant Locavore, Night Rooster is a cozy lounge reminiscent of a colonial planter's club. It continues Locavore's mantra of regionality and sustainability. For instance, the low sofas and chairs here are made from recycled tropical wood. Drinks are prepared by Raka Ambarawan (locally known as the ‘king of cocktails’), who decided to use seasonal and local fruits and vegetables in each of them. The team also distills rice wine, ferments fruits, uses homemade vermouth and bitters, and adds local flavors to the spirits.
