Pertamina Patra Niaga's Communications Manager for the East Java-Bali-Nusa Tenggara region, Ahad Rahedi, emphasized: “We guarantee stable energy supply and distribution throughout the entire Christmas and New Year period.”

Indonesia's main fuel supplier, Pertamina Patra Niaga, declared its full readiness for the peak holiday season. The company promises that there will be no shortage of fuel (BBM), aviation kerosene (Avtur), and liquified petroleum gas (LPG) in Bali, even with increased demand at Christmas and New Year. Stocks were increased in advance, considering forecasted consumption growth.
Due to the growth in the number of tourists, including those from other Indonesian islands, fuel consumption in Bali will also increase. According to Pertamina:
• petrol: +9.9%, up to 3,135 kiloliters per day;
• liquified petroleum gas (LPG): +2.3%, up to 898 metric tons per day;
• aviation fuel (Avtur): +2.6%, up to 3,504 kiloliters per day.
Pertamina launched a special task force (satgas) in advance: it started operating on November 13, 2025, and will continue until January 11, 2026.
The national forecast highlights three peaks of population mobility:
- December 24–25, 2025;
- December 31, 2025 – January 1, 2026;
- return flow January 2–4, 2026.
To ensure uninterrupted service, Pertamina prepared:
• 57 fuel stations (SPBU) in Bali, which will operate around the clock;
• 37 gas stations, also operating 24 hours;
• 4 standby tank trucks;
• 11 motorcycles (motoris) for order-based fuel delivery (PDS).
Demand surges are monitored via a real-time system in the task force's command center.
Drivers are advised to refuel in advance, before entering areas with heavy traffic. Current service points and active promotions can be viewed in the MyPertamina app.
