The Alit Saputra sports field in Tabanan has been completely renovated, transforming the once-familiar football field beyond recognition.
Previously known as DC Field, this spot in Bali wasn’t particularly appealing—especially during the rainy season when the field turned into a muddy and neglected area. But now, it’s a modern and vibrant sports complex that attracts people of all ages: young adults train here, children play, and the elderly enjoy spending time outdoors.
The facility isn’t just a football field anymore. It now features fitness equipment, children’s play areas, and spaces for picnics and active games. Even on rainy days, the running tracks are usable without any inconvenience. Along the complex’s perimeter, vendors sell traditional local snacks, creating a festive street market atmosphere.
The revamped layout also introduced several food stalls, positively impacting the village economy and improving conditions for local residents.
The sports complex has become a hub for both locals and foreign visitors who enjoy active recreation. Mornings, evenings, and weekends are always bustling here, with people walking, exercising, and making the most of the space. It will also serve as a venue for ceremonies and celebrations.
