All legal entities registered in Indonesia are required to submit a quarterly investment LKPM report by July 10.
This includes companies with no operations during the reporting period (zero companies), as well as companies whose founders and directors are outside the Republic of Indonesia.
The exception is companies with an official inactive status.
Deadline for report submission: no later than July 10, 2024.
