The Ngurah Rai Immigration Office has launched Broadcaster Layanan Imigrasi, a service that sends notifications about deadlines and mandatory procedures when processing documents. Reminders will be sent via WhatsApp and email.

For those extending a visa on arrival VoA, the service will send a reminder that they must visit the immigration office in person for a photo and a short interview. The extension application can be submitted online, but the visit to the office remains mandatory.
Another feature is intended for children who hold both Indonesian and foreign citizenship. Once they turn 18, they must choose one of them. They have three years to apply—usually until they turn 21.
Golden Visa holders will be reminded to confirm that they have met the visa’s financial requirements within 90 days of entering the country.
To sign up, users must provide their passport number, the last five digits of their visa number, their WhatsApp number, and their email address. For now, a separate registration form is available only to Golden Visa holders.
If you extend your visa through an agency, there is very little chance that you will forget about your visit to the immigration office. Legal Indonesia informs its clients about visa extension deadlines in advance and reminds them when they need to submit their documents and come in for a photo.
