Understand the “inner yoga” of your menstrual cycle and life stages from a vital new perspective.
In this workshop, you will learn how to support women’s menstrual and mental health through cycle awareness.
The day will be split into 2 sections of learning and practice:
You will learn:
- The intelligence of your menstrual cycle as a spiritual practice
- How to work with inner waves & changes in energy levels & emotions throughout the month
- How to identify & ease vulnerable times of addiction, overwhelm & stress
- To support healthy libido, natural fertility & emotional stability
- How to fine-tune your practice, workouts & workload to support your overall vitality
- A deeper appreciation of your natural life stages!
You will Practice:
- Techniques for pelvic organ health
- Feminine Flows to reduce stress and increase emotional & physical stability
- Yin Yoga poses to support the kidney and liver meridians
Especially of use for yoga teachers, coaches, therapists, creators, artists, and those in the wellness, mental health, and feminine embodiment field. All levels of experience are welcome.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Over the last 12 years of teaching at The Yoga Barn. Bex has taught literally tens of thousands of yoga practitioners and trained hundreds of yoga teachers. As a result, she has a wealth of tools to share with you that come from practical experience and cross-cultural diversity. She loves supporting people to teach their passion, to find their message, and tell it in a way that can be heard.
