Teacher:Mamiko (Executive Chef of Terra & Ashtari)A certified nutritionist and former teacher at the Japanese Macrobiotic School, Mamiko brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Terra and Ashtari kitchens. Her journey includes completing an Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking course in 2016 at Mysole, India, further enhancing her culinary repertoire. Mamiko’s culinary adventures have taken her to renowned establishments worldwide, including Chez Panisse in California, pioneer of the Slow Food Movement. She has also worked at Sayuri Healing Food in Ubud and Purple Valley Yoga Retreat in Goa. Combining the essence of Macrobiotic, Ayurveda, Raw, and Slow Food philosophies, Mamiko now infuses her creations with a harmonious blend of health, sustainability, and taste at Ashtari and Terra kitchens.
