The Three Bodies Method (TM)

“As Seen in Massage Magazine” and visiting faculty, Master Osteopath of 20+ years, Carey Benenson teaches the most effective biomechanical and biodynamic osteopathic techniques that support clients autoimmune disorders and chronic pain.

Participants will learn the Three Bodies Method (TM) of palpation while applying traditional and modern hands-on techniques that support the neuroendocrine (head/hormones), cardio respiratory (heart/lung,) gastrointestinal (detox/digestion/elimination,) urogenital (kidneys/pelvic organs,) and lymphatic systems (immune system.)

They will also learn how to support a nerve, artery, and vein and will integrate using a Three Bodies Method (TM) while applying visceral lengthening, facial streaming, and use of sound inspired by the Continuum Movement ®.

Open to all levels of practitioners and therapists interested in learning tools for addressing acute and chronic disorders.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Carey “Kateri” Benenson D.O. (M.P.,) D.O. (DSc) holds dual diplomas in Osteopathy and Osteopathic Science from Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques. She is the communications coordinator for the Registro degli Osteopati d’Italia (ROI,) and completed continuing education studies with Harvard University. She is published annually in Massage Magazine.

In 2016, Carey gained recognition her teachings on Lyme Disease, featured by Bastyr University. She has presented alongside the Department of Defense and for the BCST/NA at their Breath of Life Conference. She studied with Emilie Conrad of the Continuum Movement and is known for her Three Bodies Method™ that merges the biodynamic and biomechanics. In September 2025, she will launch the BOMT (Biodynamic OMT) Program worldwide.
