You are encouraged to dance with other people, if you feel. You are encouraged to dance alone, if you feel. Listen to your body and your heart and follow what it true for you.• If someone wants to dance with you, and you want to be in your own space, simply give them a "prayer hands" or "Namaste" gesture. This means "No thank you." 🙏
