Dive deep into mindful contact with yourself and others, guided by specially curated music and facilitation 🎶It’s not just ordinary contact dance; we add an element of mindfulness and deep immersion in sensations 💃🕺Fly up or melt into the floor—this is a space to feel, enjoy, and be 😌Perfect for those seeking depth 🌊

Beginners and advanced dancers are welcome 😌 🙌
