Each restaurant will feature talented chefs from Sumba, and the chief operating officer will be present to honor heritage, gratitude, and community.

Guests can expect 'SNAC', a six-course dinner with an aperitif and a touching 'Action of Silence', symbolizing unity and determination.

After dinner, continue your evening at the Pinstripe bar and raise a toast to the spirit of Sumba.

An exclusive auction will also take place that evening, with 100% of the proceeds going to empo, Sumba's youth center for hospitality training and sustainable living.
