Buzo Seminyak is set to host an exciting culinary collaboration with the arrival of NOM NOM Kitchen Takeover Volume V. On November 8th this year, two celebrated chefs, Paul Bentley and Will Meyrick, will join forces to create an extraordinary dining experience in Bali's vibrant culinary scene.

Paul Bentley, recently named West Australia Good Food Guide’s Chef of the Year 2024, is known for offering a fresh take on traditional dishes at his Perth restaurant, Casa. His skill in blending innovation with tradition has earned him a reputation for culinary finesse, offering fresh interpretations of Italian classics.
