Chef Malcolm Chow has honed his skills in some of the best restaurants in Australia including Vue de Monde in Melbourne, Tetsuya's in Sydney, and Studio Bistro in Yallingup. To bring Chow’s Table to life, he returned to his traditional roots, paying homage to his cultural background and drawing inspiration from his mother, a wonderful cook in her own right, and the dishes of his childhood.
Through Nom Nom, Chow’s Table delivers traditional Chinese-Malaysian cuisine with a modern twist. His menu is designed to be celebrated in the way his family would enjoy meals together - shared.
What makes this event even more special is the collaboration between Chef Mal Chow and Chef Will Meyrick. During the peak of the pandemic, Chef Will returned to Western Australia, where he spent 3.5 years opening his restaurant, Will Street in Perth, while also forging connections with arrays of talented chefs and local producers. His mission was to bridge the culinary communities of Western Australia and Bali, using some of the finest local produce from the region.
