Led by Chef Lorenzo, this marks Da Maria's third series of Regional Dinners. The monthly occasions will feature a set menu dedicated to a specific region and its signature dishes. The inaugural event for 2024 will shine a culinary spotlight on Liguria.

Liguria, stretching along the western shore of the Italian Riviera, is renowned for its imaginative cuisine, including 'cucina di magro' (or 'lean cuisine'), featuring white meats, rabbit, vegetables, and Mediterranean fish. The region's historical ties to trade, especially as Genova was once a pivotal port, have also made Liguria famous for its pasta.
