Fourth Anniversary of Santanera: "Wild Harvest"

Celebrating its 4th anniversary, Santanera presents "Wild Harvest" - a dining event for one night only, reflecting the soul of the restaurant: bold, cross-cultural, and deeply rooted in the community.

Chef Andres Becerra revisits the flavors of his native Colombian town, reimagining them through Indonesian ingredients and cooking techniques - a celebration of smoke, spices, and soul. Friends and colleagues from across Indonesia's culinary world gather for the evening: Aditya Muskit (Esa Jakarta), Jon Becker (Jono's), Rama (Island Organics), and Selvina Lim (Lenny's). Together with the ACS Foundation, Santanera turns waste into harvest, and the gathered produce into dishes.
