Mozaic is set to host the highly anticipated "Diner d'Epicure" event, marking the first of the year for the Disciples Escoffier association of Indonesia, taking place on Thursday, March 7th, 2024.
Renowned chef and co-owner of Mozaic restaurant, Blake Thornley, will join forces with Michelin-starred chefs Thierry Drapeau from Bangkok and Syrco Bakker from Bali to create an unforgettable culinary experience.
The evening kicks off at 6:30 PM with a Pre-Dinner Cocktail Party, followed by a sumptuous 7-course tasting menu prepared by the trio of chefs.
Each course will be expertly paired with premium international wines to enhance the dining experience.
Thierry Drapeau, a visionary French chef known for his innovative approach to ingredients and flavors, brings his culinary artistry from his Michelin-starred restaurant in the picturesque Loire Valley.
Syrco Bakker, a Dutch culinary maestro, draws inspiration from nature and his travels to create dishes that harmonize intricate techniques with simplicity at his acclaimed Pure C restaurant in Cadzand.
Chef Blake Thornley, renowned for his avant-garde culinary style, infuses traditional flavors with modern flair, reflecting his New York City culinary roots.
Together, these three culinary maestros have crafted an extraordinary menu designed to tantalize taste buds and awaken the senses, promising an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
