Dhrupad Concert: Dhani Gundecha and Dnyaneshwar Deshmukh

Dhani Gundecha and Dnyaneshwar Deshmukh perform at Usada Bali in Ubud on 3 October. The Dhrupad & Sound Meditation concert begins at 7:00 pm WITA on the centre's second floor.

Dhani Gundecha's dhrupad vocals meet Dnyaneshwar Deshmukh's pakhawaj rhythms in a dialogue of voice and percussion, with space for silence and attentive listening. No previous knowledge of Indian classical music is needed.
