Our 10th Chef Series edition is here and we’re taking you on a culinary journey that knows no borders. We’re thrilled to host Chef Nic Vanderbeeken, Executive Chef of the celebrated Apéritif restaurant at Viceroy Bali, for a collaborative dinner with our very own Chef Ben Cross.
