BREATHWORK JOURNEY WITH ELLA AND IGGY

We start by arriving and grounding ourselves into the space, connecting to our intentions for the journey together. We then gently warm up and prepare our bodies and create a safe container before the breath journey. You will be fully informed of the style of breathwork and what to expect, as well as why this is such a powerful practice.A guided shamanic meditation will then lead you into the breathwork, during which you will be breathing for 35-40 minutes.
