W Bali – Seminyak is thrilled to announce another exciting dining collaboration at their renowned beachfront restaurant, Starfish Bloo.
This time, they welcome the talented Mexican Chef-Owner Tamara Chavez from Canchita Restaurant in Singapore.
From February 23rd to 25th, 2024, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey filled with the vibrant flavors of Chef Tamara Chavez's authentic Peruvian cuisine.
This collaboration promises a fusion of Latin American tastes in one of Bali's most cherished culinary spots. Starting on Friday, February 23rd, 2024, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, guests can partake in the hands-on Chef Garden Activation experience.
This exclusive activity allows guests to harvest fresh veggies and herbs from W Bali – Seminyak's chef's garden, followed by sunset cocktails at the Ice Garden.
The Garden Activation and sunset cocktails are priced at IDR 450,000++ per person.
Continuing the evening from 6:30pm onwards, guests can enjoy invigorating tropical cocktails and canapés featuring Chef Tamara's inspired Latin American and Peruvian dishes. This culinary experience is priced at IDR 450,000++ per person.
On Saturday, February 24th, 2024, starting from 5:30pm, diners can tantalize their taste buds with a meticulously crafted 7-course menu by Chef Tamara Chavez. Prepared with the freshest locally sourced ingredients, this menu showcases innovative Peruvian cuisine. The 7-course Peruvian Dinner is priced at IDR 900,000++ per person. Guests can opt to elevate their dining experience with a cocktail or wine pairing package for an additional IDR 500,000++ per person, including three cocktails and one wine selection. Wrapping up the three-day collaboration, guests shouldn't miss the special edition of Starfish Bloo's iconic Sunday Brunch on February 25th, 2024. From 12pm to 3:30pm, indulge in a sumptuous brunch experience featuring Chef Tamara's signature dishes at Starfish Bloo. The special Sunday Brunch offers various packages: IDR 950,000++ per person for food only, IDR 1,720,000++ per person for food and alcoholic beverage package, and IDR 2,550,000++ per person for food, alcoholic beverage, and champagne package.
