Villa cozy Ubud

I'm flying to Russia and want to help the owner find tenants for a very cozy private 1BR villa in Ubud. It has a private yard, a terrace with a fully equipped kitchen, a cooler, a spacious bedroom with a large bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Cleaning is done twice a week, and bed linens are changed once a week. It's a very clean, spacious, and new villa; I am the first tenant, and the owner is very nice. Available from March 3rd for 3 months, and there is a sweet cat living on the premises. It's a 10-minute bike ride to Ushua Café.
