From May 7th, we are renting out a large room on the 2nd floor of a villa in a quiet area. What's included: a large bed, a desk, a chair, and a large wardrobe. Shower with toilet on the floor. Enclosed kitchen with full equipment. 360° terrace on the 3rd floor — perfect for sunsets. Pool and cleaning once a week. Two quiet girls live in the neighboring rooms, so the room is only available for a female tenant.
