I needed a dentist and decided to test the services at this clinic.
Appointments are made through WhatsApp, which is convenient. I managed to quickly schedule one for a suitable date. The only downside is that the dental office operates from 1 PM.
I arrived about 5 minutes before the appointment, but due to bad weather, the doctor was delayed, and I was seen 15 minutes late. Overall, it wasn't critical, these things happen.
First, I had to fill out a standard form, followed by a doctor's examination.
My impressions are mixed. After the examination, the doctor said she didn't see any problems and that all fillings were supposedly intact. I felt there was a chipped filling and mentioned it again. After a second look, the doctor noticed what I was talking about and said she could adjust it, but if it wasn't bothering me (no pain), it could be left as is. I declined and asked her to fix it.
Regarding the procedure, it was generally fine. They did it quickly, and I hope it was done well (I'll find out later). They told me what not to do in the next two hours and then sent me home.
The cost was 750K for the filling replacement and 300K for the doctor's examination, which seems debatable as it wasn't really necessary. In other clinics, the consultation is included in the visit price.
There is a 10% discount for KITAS holders.
As far as I understand, the clinic provides other medical services as well.
