An organic cafe with unusual cuisine and special atmosphere.
If you need a culinary retreat, come to Malaika. An amazing place where ancient Hindu knowledge and modern design are intertwined. Organic cuisine based on holistic and Hindu knowledge, this is food that heals. There is healing hilling, and there is gastronomic hilling!
So, in order:
1. Cuisine and dishes.
All food is freshly prepared, they cook everything themselves from their own organic products, and even Indian cheese is made by themselves. Most of the products (vegetables, fruits, herbs) from their own farm. Everything is grown naturally, no chemicals; there is a farmers market every weekend. Preference is given to raw food, it is believed that raw food retains all the benefits and vitamins, more valuable for the human body. Hot food is cooked slowly and WITHOUT oil, purified water is used for all recipes. Oil, when heated, releases dangerous carcinogens and “bad” cholesterol is formed - the main cause of heart attacks and strokes. For cold dishes and appetizers use unrefined oil. All recipes are created on the basis of ancient knowledge, taking into account the maximum health benefits.
The menu is generally vegetarian and raw food, but there are dishes with organic chicken, fish and seafood. The cuisine is Balinese, Indian and European; raw food desserts. The taste of the dishes is amazing, freshness and naturalness in every “bite”. Photogenic decoration of dishes:)
2. Hostess.
A separate point is the owner of the cafe. The hostess here is a cordial and talented Balinese woman. You can often see her in the open kitchen, she cooks, meets and communicates with guests. This is a cafe that she invented and created from scratch. Everything from the menu, design and every detail is her creation. In addition to her culinary talents, she is also an interior designer and even a clothing designer!

Stylish, unusual, and yes, soulful) In the evening it is cool to sit on soft cushions of the podium and eat Indian dishes with your hands))) Try it, it feels magical! And if you want coolness, welcome, air conditioning is available.
