We are actively expanding our international project and strengthening our marketing. We at MyBaliTrips are now looking for a Project Marketing Manager – someone who can manage marketing as a project: from planning to results and reports, not just launching individual activities.
The essence of the role in one phrase: to manage marketing as a controlled process, from strategy to analytics and conclusions.

Responsibilities
Marketing and Management
- Develop and implement a marketing plan
- Break down goals into specific tasks and deadlines
- Focus on results, not the number of actions
Coordination
- Manage contractors: targeting, design, copywriting
- Synchronize all participants in the process
- Monitor deadlines and quality of deliverables
Analytics
- Analyze key performance marketing metrics
- Draw conclusions and suggest improvements
- Prepare clear reports on results
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing
- Experience with international projects
- Fluent English (working proficiency)
- Systematic thinking and the ability to organize chaos
Work Format
- Fully remote
- Living in Bali is not required but would be a big plus
- Format and workload are discussed individually
