Drugs in Bali

In the airport, there is a huge sign that says: "Death penalty for drug trafficking".

More than fifty people are awaiting the death penalty in Kerobokan prison in Bali. Among them are men and women, including a well-known Australian woman. There is also a man who was caught in the 90s trying to smuggle drugs in scuba tanks from India.

Recently, a teenage boy from Australia was arrested for buying a small package of marijuana from a fake drug dealer. He faces 14 years in prison.

Bali's slogan is "A world without drugs".
