WATER BASED INK SCREEN PRINTING WORKSHOP

Screen printing is a technique that involves using a woven mesh screen to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image.

Screen print is a versatile medium to accommodate different visual styles; be it drawing, painting, photographic, or digital image. At the same time, it is also one of the most physically involving techniques as there are many steps to do in order to create a good series of prints.

In our screen print workshop, you will learn to coat your own screen, develop your image, set up your screen, mix your colours, and ultimately pull your own prints. It is a holistic, involving, and rewarding process.

Includes to the workshop:– Materials & tools to use during the workshop– Get 5 prints of your own design in 2 colours, on 35 x 50cm paper size– Lunch & beverage during the workshop
