The Thanksgiving spread includes:

-Farine bread service with homemade cranberry sauce

-Devilled eggs with a Japanese twist, featuring uni-blended yolks and ikura salmon roe

-House-cured salmon gravlax, infused with locally-distilled East Indies gin

-Chef Joseph’s Mama Antonishek’s legendary green bean casserole, topped with crispy fried onions and savory sourdough stuffing

-Roasted turkey, brined in homemade apple cider and holiday spices, made with the finest imported American birds

Additional offerings include vibrant salads, duck rillettes, creamy mashed potatoes, black truffle-infused macaroni and cheese, and Chef’s signature pumpkin pie with bourbon-infused sabayon.
