🚪 Doors Open - Sauna & Steam16:00 We suggest arriving early if you want to take advantage of a more chill spa time before the vibe picks up and the music starts.
🤸🏻 Open Movement Jam17:00 - 18:00Acro, Qi-Gong, Partner Yoga, Contact... we'll rotate through these modalities each week to set the pre-vibe with these guided practices.
☕️ Opening with Breath, Cacao & Connection18:00 - 19:00We'll herd the cats in as we come together for our usual cacao, breath & connection facilitated by Daniel Winn.
🎧 Marina MGKFLO19:00 - 21:00Chill vibes, suitable for contact to kick off and then picks up energy. Full padded/squish dancefloor towards the back of the venue.
🎸 Live Musicians Closing21:00 - 22:00Peaks the energy and lands us softly before closing musicians.
