This April, Chef Lorenzo is bringing back the 4th series of Regional Dinners, starting with Lazio. Located in central Italy along the Tyrrhenian Sea, Lazio boasts Rome as its capital, a city steeped in ancient Roman history.

Lazio cuisine is characterized by its home-style cooking, featuring simple yet flavorful dishes made from fresh, quality ingredients. Classics like Pasta alla Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe originated from this region, showcasing the rich culinary heritage.

Indulge in our curated set menu designed for two or more guests, priced at 550K++ per person. Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary welcome drink to kick off your dining experience, available from 5 pm until late.
