Rising Phoenix combines profound transformational experience and education on emotional intelligence.
What you will receive
Firstly, you will cultivate healthy self-awareness and self-acceptance, experience a sense of interconnectedness and harmony, and achieve emotional release and transformation of mental patterns.
At the same time, you will learn how to meet yourself when feeling tension, doubt, anxiety, and stress. You will receive a set of embodiment tools to help express and transform your uncomfortable feelings into softness, fluidity, ease, and even playfulness and joy.
You will take with you a manual on the Step-By-Step flow of embodied movement aimed to shift or enhance your feelings.
The modalities you will explore
You will experience a powerful combination of such techniques as Mana Movement, Liberation through Movement, Visualization (aka “meditation”) and Self-hypnosis. The entire workshop is built up to support your integrated transformation and empower further self-discovery and healing.
It is a 3-hour workshop.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
Bring a bottle of water, a journal, and your authentic feelings.
There are no dance skills or background needed - just come as you are!
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Being deeply passionate about human nature, Katya spent two decades studying yoga, psychology, movement mechanics and spirituality. After completing a degree in psychology, she specialises in analytical psychology. Katya is a certified yoga teacher and embodied movement facilitator who has been teaching different movement modalities since 2009.
