NOM NOM is Will Meyrick’s playground — a series built on curiosity, fire, and the thrill of collaboration. For Vol.12, the stage is set at Buzo Modern Izakaya, and the oven doors won’t stop swinging.

An iconic chef in Bali, Meyrick has built his reputation as a culinary adventurer — chasing flavours from back-alley kitchens to night markets, and transforming them into bold, contemporary dining experiences. Behind restaurants like Billy Ho, Mama San, Honey & Smoke, Hujan Locale, and of course Buzo, he fuses heritage and technique with a restless drive to create, always cooking with intent and collaborating with purpose.

For this round, he’s throwing flour with Andrea Torelli — once a MasterChef Italia contender, now the chef-owner of Pigstone Taphouse Bali. Torelli swapped life behind the camera for life behind the line, bringing the boldness of a man who doesn’t do things halfway. Holding the fort is Ryan Wicaksono, Buzo’s Head Chef, the sharp force pushing our izakaya forward plate after plate.

Three chefs. One oven. Pizzas stripped of compromise and loaded with attitude. Expect smoke, crunch, and heat that doesn’t ask for permission.
