A collection of neuro resilience brain training, pranayama & somatic practices, to soothe & ground our nervous systems, & restore vagal tone & emotional regulation.
Rebuilding our inner resilience & capacity to cope better under pressure & bounce back after stress with ease & efficacy.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years and teaching Yoga, Embodiment, Somatic Inquiry & Women’s Work around the globe since 2001, in classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.Tina is a long time resident yoga teacher at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia, & is the founder of HELD : School of Embodied Self Integration & the somatic practices of Embodied Unwinding & Nervous System Rewire.HELD offers 6x 100hr Teacher Trainings in Embodied Trauma Integration, Trauma Informed Yoga, Nervous System Regulation & Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Embodied Mindfulness & The Embodied Feminine Arts.500hr E- RYT, Dip Ki Yoga Therapy, Dip Health Sciences, Dip.
