Join us for a transformative Meditation for Beginners workshop on February 28th, from 13:00 to 17:00 at Samadi Canggu, where we’ll explore the different techniques of meditation, helping you find what works best for you.
Whether you’ve never meditated before or have tried in the past without much success, this workshop is designed to make meditation accessible, approachable, and enjoyable. We’ll explore various mindfulness and meditation techniques, from simple breathwork to guided visualizations and body awareness practices, giving you the tools to find your personal practice. You’ll have the chance to experiment with different methods in a relaxed and supportive environment, empowering you to integrate these practices into your everyday life.
The goal of this workshop is not just about sitting in silence — it’s about discovering ways to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and connect deeply with your inner self.
