The word *mandala* comes from Sanskrit, meaning "sacred circle." Mandalas are symbolic, circular designs found in various cultures, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, and indigenous traditions. They serve as a creative tool to help individuals connect with themselves.
Creating and coloring mandalas helps focus the mind, making it an excellent practice for reducing stress and activating the nervous system. Painting these intricate designs promotes peace, balance, and concentration, enhancing your creative flow.
During or after the workshop, Abdi will analyze your mandala, offering insights into any energy imbalances in your body and providing guidance on how to restore harmony.
Materials Provided: Canvas, coloring tools, pencil, and ruler.
