Event Overview
Learn to fly with yoga instructor Arbely as she breaks down arm balances into fun, easy steps! We will explore crow, crow variations, tripod headstand, forearm balance, and handstands, beginning with the basics.
Come prepared for core work, and strengthening the upper body in order to build the foundation for strong arm balances.
For beginners to advanced yogis - build your confidence, have fun, and be ready for some breakthroughs!

Instructor Information:
Arbely has been teaching yoga for over 15 years, and has been travelling the world teaching yoga since 2021 in five continents. Her main practice is Ashtanga Yoga, and has had the privilege to make a few trips to study Ashtanga at the source in Mysore, India under Sharath Jois. Her approach to teaching is compassionate yet firm, and believes the practice can be made accessible to everyone.
