To celebrate Wellness Weekend, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud is hosting a 3-day event titled “Journey to Wellness.”
On September 20th, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, guests can participate in a Yoga & Breathwork session at Wirya Terrace, in collaboration with The Yoga Barn.
On September 21st, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, there will be an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session at the Yoga Pavilion.
Finally, on September 22nd, healthy snacks will be available for Heavenly Spa guests from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
