Your “inner child” is part of the subconscious that represents our past experiences, emotions and beliefs from childhood that can influence our present behaviour.
This Inner Child Breathwork class will give you the opportunity to welcome play, movement and inner enquiry. Our process will focus on understanding unmet childhood needs and exploring how the inner child shows up in your adult life. We will then breathe into healing and a closer connection to your inner child.
We will practice Clarity Breathwork, a gentle, safe and nurturing breathing modality, that activates the subconscious mind and brings insight that is not as easily accessed through traditional therapy. In our Inner Child ceremony, this powerful and nurturing style of Breathwork will support us in releasing what is no longer in alignment, so that we can welcome in acceptance, self-love and self-compassion on the path to inner child healing.
No experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, and bring a water bottle, journal & pen, and an eye mask if you would like. It is best not to have a heavy meal 2 hours before the session.Come as you are, I look forward to welcoming you and your inner child.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Michelle Hoops is a professionally trained Clarity Breathwork Facilitator who will guide your breath in a way that enables a transformational process to occur. She discovered Breathwork in 2013, shortly after leaving her corporate life & marriage and moving to Bali. Breathwork has supported her in healing childhood and relationship trauma, shifting old patterns, stories and ways of being, and guiding the way to creating her dream life.
Michelle is also a Play Professional and leads The Hula Hoop Institute. She loves introducing play to adults, performing with hula hoops and fire dancing.
