Inner Alchemy Journey

Take a journey through inner alchemy with Dr. Manish Plaha on Wednesday, February 21, from 7:30 to 9:15 pm.

Inner alchemy is both an art and a science focused on harnessing, storing and circulating the energy of the human body.

Rather than viewing the body as separate from our spiritual journey, it is recognized as a vital resource integral to our spiritual growth.

By cleansing, balancing and opening our energy system, we can embody greater awareness and authenticity, leading to improved physical, emotional and mental well-being.

This transformative journey utilizes three main modalities: breath work, movement and meditation. Participants are able to wear blindfolds and silent disco headphones, creating a deeply personal and immersive experience.

The darkness enhances inner concentration and the healing frequencies transmitted through the headphones facilitate presence and receptivity. The journey begins with a guided session of transformational breath work, complemented by hands-on healing.

This moves into an intuitive dance, allowing the energy generated during the breath work to flow freely throughout the body.

The experience concludes with a guided energy healing and activation meditation to recharge and release any residual tension. Participants are advised to refrain from eating 2-3 hours prior to the session to maximize the benefits. Early-bird tickets: 250k through February 19.
